Project Director

Description: We are seeking an inspiring and strategically minded leader to head our operations in the UAE. This role is designed for a senior professional with extensive experience in large, reputable organizations within the infrastructure sector, combining strong Business Development capabilities with deep Project Execution expertise. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping growth, driving operational excellence, and strengthening regional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership for country-level operations and drive sustainable business growth.

- Lead and oversee large-scale EPC projects, ensuring on-time delivery with uncompromising safety and quality standards.

- Build, strengthen, and manage high-value client relationships to unlock and expand business opportunities.

- Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and industry best practices while driving continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 20+ years of experience in Transmission & Distribution EPC, Utilities, or major Infrastructure projects.

- Proven expertise in end-to-end project execution along with strong business development capabilities.

- Prior exposure to the Middle East market, preferably with experience working in the UAE.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams, stakeholders, and complex commercial

environments.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills with the ability to operate in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
