Role Overview:
The Project Director will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of all projects. This role involves leading multiple large-scale real estate developments, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and profitability. The incumbent will directly report to the Managing Director and play a key role in driving organizational growth through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coordinate multiple real estate projects (commercial & residential) from concept to handover.
- Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies, cost controls, risk management, and resource planning.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive project approvals, statutory clearances, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor construction progress through regular site visits, review meetings, and reporting.
- Oversee procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
- Manage large cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and site staff.
- Provide leadership in resolving design, contractual, or execution challenges.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to the MD.
- Ensure safety, sustainability, and quality standards are consistently met across all projects.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech/MBA preferred).
- Experience: 20-25 years of proven track record in real estate project management & execution (preferably in NCR market).
- Strong expertise in commercial and residential projects, high-rise buildings, and large-scale developments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within cost and time constraints.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of contracts, project finance, government approvals, and compliance.
- Must be a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Age not exceeding 50 years.
