Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Delivery Ownership
- Lead the full project lifecycle-from discovery and planning to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Ensure all initiatives align with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
2. Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural and technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Use hands-on development experience to inform solution design, technical decisions, and development best practices.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, business stakeholders, and client-facing teams to gather requirements and define scope.
- Translate business needs into low-level technical documentation and execution plans.
5. Agile Delivery Excellence
- Champion Agile/Scrum practices to drive collaboration, transparency, and predictable delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
6. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and mitigate risks early in the lifecycle.
- Proactively communicate blockers and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
7. Quality Governance
- Enforce engineering and QA standards across all deliverables.
- Ensure releases meet defined acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.
8. Performance Tracking
- Leverage data and delivery metrics to track project progress and team performance.
- Conduct regular stand-ups, weekly reviews, and status checkpoints.
9. Change Management
- Lead structured change management processes as priorities evolve.
- Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing development and customer commitments.
10. People Leadership
- Mentor delivery managers, tech leads, and engineers to build a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Promote continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 9-12 years in technology delivery, including leadership of large-scale, multi-team projects.
