Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager with expertise in credit card processes and lifecycle management, to lead and deliver IT projects in the Cards domain.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end delivery, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, compliance & audit alignment, and implementation of SaaS and on-premise solutions for card-related systems (Credit, Prepaid, Ticketing, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead delivery of IT projects in the Credit Card and Prepaid Card domain, ensuring timely and quality execution.

- Manage the full card lifecycle process, including issuance, activation, servicing, and closure, with expertise in prepaid and ticketing cards.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Audit, Service Operations, and IT teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

- Own vendor management - from procurement of products/services, drafting SoWs, to ongoing performance monitoring and issue resolution.

- Evaluate and implement SaaS-based and on-premise solutions for card management systems, ensuring scalability and security.

- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans; track and report project progress to senior management.

- Ensure projects adhere to compliance, security, and audit requirements of the Bank and regulatory bodies.

- Act as a single point of contact between business, technology teams, and external partners/vendors.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Credit Card and Prepaid Card operations, card lifecycle, ticketing systems, and related processes.

- Hands-on experience managing IT delivery projects in BFSI or fintech, especially in Cards and Payments domain.

- Understanding of SaaS and on-premise deployment models, with ability to evaluate and implement them effectively.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to banking cards.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- About 3-4 years of experience in IT [Banking / Payments Domain (SWIFT Interface and allied systems required for Cross Border Money Transfer, External Partner Integration)], Experience in API Integration (JSON or SOAP), Knowledge on Analysis tools like KIBANA, Knowledge in Application Architecture, Strong analytical skills
