Project Delivery Consultant - BFSI

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the AD1 Product to lead and support end-to-end delivery of AD1 implementations.

The role involves managing project execution, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring solution quality, and driving successful delivery aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

AD1 Product Delivery:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects involving the AD1 Product

- Configure, customize, and support AD1 product implementations

- Understand client business requirements and map them to AD1 product capabilities

- Ensure smooth deployment, rollout, and post-go-live support

Project Execution & Governance:

- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution

- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, quality standards, and SLAs

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors

- Conduct requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and status reviews

- Manage client expectations and drive alignment across stakeholders

Solution Design & Functional Expertise:

- Provide functional and techno-functional inputs related to AD1

- Support solution design, configuration, and integration with upstream/downstream systems

- Assist in defining use cases, workflows, and operational processes within AD1

Testing, UAT & Go-Live Support:

- Support system testing, UAT, and defect resolution

- Coordinate data setup, user training, and production readiness activities

- Ensure smooth cutover and stabilization post go-live

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and delivery artifacts

- Capture lessons learned and contribute to best practices and COE knowledge base

- Support enhancements and change requests post-implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Skills:

- 5-8 years of experience in Project Delivery / Consulting roles

- Strong, hands-on expertise in AD1 Product implementations

- Experience managing end-to-end delivery for enterprise or banking projects

- Good understanding of project management and delivery governance

Functional & Technical Skills:

- Ability to translate business requirements into AD1 configurations

- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

- Exposure to integrations, workflows, and reporting within AD1

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Risk / Compliance projects

- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models

- Strong documentation and presentation skills
