- Monitor and control project costs, productivity, budgets, commitments, and actual expenditure.

- Prepare regular progress reports, variance analysis, performance dashboards, and management reports.

- Analyze schedule and cost variances and develop appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.

- Prepare project cost estimates, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and periodic cost-to-complete assessments.

- Manage and monitor scope, schedule, cost, and resource changes throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support project teams in identifying schedule risks, cost overruns, resource constraints, and execution bottlenecks.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Commercial, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate project tracking.

- Support resource planning and allocation based on project schedules, priorities, and execution requirements.

- Monitor procurement progress, material availability, contractor performance, and other dependencies affecting project schedules.

- Support project planning and controls activities across site and corporate/project-office environments.

- Maintain project control systems, reporting structures, trackers, and relevant documentation.

- Provide data-driven insights to project leadership to support decision-making and corrective actions.

- Ensure project controls processes are aligned with organizational standards, governance requirements, and project objectives.

- Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, cost visibility, productivity, reporting, and project execution efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 9 - 14 years of experience in Project Controls, Project Planning, Project Management, or a related function.

- Strong hands-on experience in EPC project controls, preferably with meaningful site execution exposure.

- Experience managing or supporting projects with a value of 10 Cr or above.

- Strong expertise in project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimation, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

- Experience working across the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of project baselines, progress measurement, critical path, schedule variance, cost variance, and forecasting.

- Experience coordinating with engineering teams, procurement teams, contractors, vendors, and project execution teams.

- Good understanding of construction practices, procurement processes, contractor management, and site execution.

- Hands-on experience with project planning and controls tools.

- Familiarity with project documentation and document control systems.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and project deviations.

- Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, progress reports, and project performance reviews.

- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a project-driven environment.
