Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Project Controls Specialist (7+ years) with a strong understanding of planning, risk management, and project control activities. The ideal candidate must have mandatory hands-on experience in preparing complex cash flow statements and revenue recognition reports.
Key responsibilities include managing vendor coordination, serving as the communication intermediary between the client and vendors, and utilizing proficiency in specialized tools such as SAP, MS Project, and Visio to ensure project execution is controlled, efficient, and financially sound.
Key Responsibilities and Control Deliverables
Financial Control and Reporting:
- Demonstrate Hands-on experience in preparing cash flow statements (projected and actual) to manage liquidity and financial performance.
- Expertise in generating detailed revenue recognition reports in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP) and project completion status.
Planning and Risk Management:
- Possess a Sound understanding of planning, risk management, and project control activities across the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using standard methodologies and tools like MS Project.
- Identify, analyze, and track project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are implemented and communicated.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Maintain Strong exposure to vendor management and coordination, overseeing contractual deliverables and timeline adherence.
- Acts as an intermediary between client and vendors, ensuring smooth, clear, and aligned communication and expectation management.
- Utilize Excellent stakeholder management skills both internal and external to drive consensus and resolve potential conflicts.
Tool Proficiency and Data Management:
- Demonstrate Proficiency in SAP for financial tracking, resource management, and procurement integration.
- Utilize MS Project for detailed schedule development and monitoring.
- Employ Visio or similar tools for process mapping, workflow visualization, and reporting structures.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 7+ Years of relevant experience.
Financial Reporting: Hands-on experience in preparing cash flow statements and revenue recognition reports.
Project Control: Sound understanding of planning, risk management, and project control activities.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong exposure to vendor management and coordination.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, and Visio tools.
Preferred Skills
