Founded in 2006 we have worked with and served 250+ Organizations across Industries and Verticals.  We work in areas of Supply Chain Optimization, Warehouse and Material Handling Design including Factory & Logistics Automation, and Transport Planning & Control Towers.  ThinkLink is a young team of experienced / not-so-experienced individuals who all share some of these common traits – our members work with utmost professionalism, are squeaky clean on integrity, like to work hard, know how to have a good time, believe in merit based progress and just reward for work rendered, share our belief that India will give birth to globally recognized enterprise and ideas, have a winning mindset, and want to contribute to and lead the scripting of a success story.  Reporting Manager: Senior Consultant 	  Job Summary  - Reporting to a Senior Consultant, the Project Consultant works on Strategy development and/or Execution projects in the areas of Supply Chain Optimization, Warehouse and Material Handling Design, Transport Optimization and Factory Automation  - A Project Consultant is the key driver for Project delivery at ThinkLink and is expected to own, lead and deliver workstreams.  - Our Consultants get the opportunity to work on challenging assignments which require and help develop domain expertise, need strong data management and analytical skills, and offer the opportunity to use world class tools for supporting network design, inventory optimization, transport planning, and facility design.  - We have a strong implementation focus, and work along-side clients, with a hands-on approach to implement our recommendations, and measure results and therefore our Consultants need to ability to work in the office, present in a board-room, and roll up their sleeves and work on a warehouse floor.  Key Responsibilities  - Diagnosing Supply Chain analytics business problems, doing troubleshooting and providing relevant recommendations to cross industry and cross geography clients. The ability to articulate value to customers and independently run POCs is critical   - Running simulations and optimization and creating business models from scratch with knowledge of modeling tools like GAMS, CPLEX and advanced spreadsheet skills   - Handling projects related to supply chain issues like inventory management, network optimization, distribution planning, production management etc. across industries and geographies.  Education Requirements   - Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IIT’s & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges only)  - Masters (Business/Engineering) in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred)  - Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)  Experience Requirements  - 2-4 years of prior experience of working in Supply Chain/ Logistics domain including areas like Supply Chain Strategy, Network Design, Inventory Optimization, Warehouse Design and Development, and Transport Optimization etc.  - Outstanding problem solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis   - Experience in a Supply Chain Consulting environment is a definite plus.  - Hands-on experience with at least one relevant industry tool is important (e.g. i2, Logic Tools, Llamasoft etc.).  - Hands-on in conducting analyses and adept with typical analytical tools like SAS and data visualization/BI tools like Tableaux  - Exposure to working on databases, Access and SQL, is preferred   - Exposure to techniques like Linear, Nonlinear and Integer Programming, Discrete Event and Monte Carlo Simulation   - Expert use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and tools like Visio and MS Project is expected   Personal Characteristics  - Hard Working and Confident  - High on Integrity  - Willingness to “do what it takes”  - Passionate about creating value and impact for the client  - Impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach  - Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities  - Flexibility to travel on engagements   To apply please write to Careers@Thinklink-SCS.com with an updated CV, current location and current compensation details
