Project Commissioning Technologist: STEEL Industry (Flat Products Hot Rolling & Cold Mills)

Scope & Function:

- Optimize process parameters and lead the preparation, execution, and documentation of acceptance tests.

- Analyze operational data arising from the interaction of mechanical systems, automation controls, and process workflows.

- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of plant and process technologies.

- Develop and implement optimization strategies in collaboration with the commissioning team.

- Capture key operational results and feed insights back into the organization to support continuous improvement and best practice sharing.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate Engineer/PG with 17+ years of experience in project commissioning of FLAT STEEL PRODUCTS , preferably in hot rolling and cold mill operations.

- Strong technical foundation and practical experience in mechatronic systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Self-driven with a structured, goal-oriented approach to work.

- Strong team orientation, openness to learning, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.

- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively and undertake long-duration assignments at customer sites.
