Project Change Manager - Enterprise Knowledge Management - PROSCI Certified

Job Description:

Kasadara Technologies Solution is looking for an experienced Project Change Manager (OCM) to support its Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) initiative. This role will focus on driving adoption, stakeholder alignment, and change execution for large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management, excellent communication skills, and proven exposure to working with US/global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform change impact assessments and define mitigation strategies

- Manage stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and adoption planning

- Design and execute communication and engagement plans for senior leadership

- Conduct business readiness checks and adoption tracking

- Coordinate training and enablement activities, including global logistics

- Work closely with project managers, digital transformation teams, and business users

- Support collaboration during US overlapping working hours

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in digital / enterprise transformation programs

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Change Management (OCM) experience

- Change impact assessment

- Resistance management

- Communication & engagement strategy

- Business readiness & adoption

- Proven experience applying a recognized Change Management methodology

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exposure to large, complex enterprise environments

- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones (US exposure preferred)
