Responsibilities  Project Associate would be the core team resource for the above-mentioned project, whose responsibilities will encompass, but not be restricted to:   - Mine, analyse and develop insights from   - The government's health management system  - Government schemes related to nutrition  - Published studies on nutrition, immunization, maternal health  - Health systems studies on spends, infrastructure, quality of care  - Global innovations in public health programs, especially nutrition   - Write semi academic papers for circulation among stakeholders of the project   - Analyse program and secondary data to build a strong case for advocacy   - Contribute content and campaigns for the program's social media platform  - Discuss and draft annual sponsor report and occasional short notes  - Understand role of media, advocacy, community voices in nutrition   Qualifications:  - Masters degree, preferably in public policy or related field   - Minimum two years of experience in the development sector or consulting  - Knowledge about Maternal & Child Health and Nutrition will be an added advantage  Skills and Attributes:   - Organized with good database management, analytical and writing skills   - Knowledge of basic quantitative and qualitative research methods  - Ability to establish and manage relationships with various stakeholders  - Experience working on development programs, particularly India  - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other mass communication packages  - Willingness to travel a minimum of one week per month  - Thorough team player
