Position: Project Architect - Residential & Mixed-Use Projects

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage architectural design development from masterplan/concept intent through detailed design, GFC documentation, site execution and project completion.

- Coordinate with architectural, fa- ade, interiors, landscape and other specialist consultants to ensure seamless design development and execution.

- Review and control execution drawings, GFC sets, construction details, shop drawings, fa- ade mock-ups and material submissions.

- Act as the design custodian at site and provide timely technical clarifications and solutions to RFIs and site-level design issues.

- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable NBC, local DCR, fire & life-safety, accessibility and statutory requirements.

- Support statutory submissions, address authority comments and manage design revisions with minimum impact on project execution.

- Work closely with PMCs, contractors, subcontractors and specialist consultants to translate design intent into clear and actionable site instructions.

- Contribute to value-engineering initiatives while maintaining design intent, quality, functionality and finish standards.

- Monitor drawing accuracy, revision control, documentation and overall design quality.

- Review architectural detailing, materiality, fa- ade systems and finishes with a focus on quality and long-term performance.

Candidate Profile:

- 19+ years of relevant architectural experience, preferably with a real estate developer or a senior consultancy role with strong site-execution exposure.

- Proven experience delivering high-rise residential, mixed-use, retail or hospitality projects from design development through completion.

- Experience with large-format/multi-building developments such as townships, campuses or podium-and-tower projects.

- Strong understanding of construction detailing, GFC documentation, fa- ade systems, fire & life safety, accessibility and statutory approvals.

- Ability to independently lead external consultants and take decisive design and execution-related decisions.

- Strong communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
