Role Overview:

As a Project Architect specializing in Commercial Real Estate, you will serve as the technical anchor for large-scale developments across the Delhi region. Your day-to-day involves steering complex architectural projects from conceptual design through to final site execution, ensuring that every structure aligns with both aesthetic vision and rigorous commercial viability.

You will act as the primary liaison between high-profile clients, internal design teams, and external regulatory bodies, orchestrating seamless collaboration to meet ambitious project timelines. By maintaining uncompromising standards in design integrity and structural compliance, you will directly influence the success of landmark commercial assets, driving long-term value for our investors and end-users alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end architectural design process for commercial projects to ensure that space utilization and structural aesthetics meet international benchmarks and client expectations.

- Manage the integration of complex building codes and local zoning regulations to secure necessary approvals and mitigate risks during the project lifecycle.

- Oversee the coordination between structural, MEP, and interior design consultants to ensure a unified project delivery that minimizes on-site conflicts.

- Direct the preparation of detailed construction documentation and technical drawings to provide clear guidance for contractors and site teams.

- Monitor project progress against established milestones and budgets to ensure that the firm delivers high-quality commercial spaces on schedule.

- Mentor junior architectural staff and project teams to foster a culture of technical excellence and professional growth within the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate mastery in architectural design and project management, specifically within the commercial real estate sector, supported by 15 - 22 years of progressive experience.

- Exhibit advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard design software to produce precise, high-quality technical documentation.

- Possess a deep, practical understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and statutory compliance requirements relevant to the Delhi NCR construction landscape.

- Communicate complex design concepts and project status updates effectively to diverse stakeholders, including senior management, government officials, and institutional clients.

- Maintain a B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a premier institute, reflecting a strong academic foundation in architectural theory and practice.

- Thrive in an on-site and office-hybrid environment, demonstrating the agility to manage field challenges while maintaining rigorous design standards from the corporate office.
