Manager - Program Management and Project Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end program and project management.

- Exposure to working closely with the CEO's office will be an added advantage.

- Lead and manage transformation initiatives across projects.

- Experience in driving transformations across multiple business streams.

- Manage and deliver multiple programs and projects simultaneously.

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders and support them with processes, strategies, and policies.

- Responsible for ERP-related processes and implementations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Engineering graduate with 10+ years of experience or MBA with 5+ years of hands-on experience in program and project management.

- Preferably worked in product-based companies.
