About the Role:
The role involves managing key business and strategic initiatives across product, operations, and growth teams in a media technology company. The person will work with leadership to plan, execute, and monitor projects that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of cross-functional programmes with defined outcomes and timelines.
- Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into operational plans and measurable metrics.
- Drive problem-solving, data analysis, and business case development for new initiatives.
- Track programme performance and present insights to senior management.
- Align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent progress and accountability.
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and OKR reviews.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in programme management, business strategy, consulting, or operations.
- Experience in technology, media, or digital sectors preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides.
- Exposure to data tools such as SQL or Tableau is an advantage.
- Top tier MBA is required
