A leading marketing services company, providing clients expertise in the full spectrum of communication needs, is looking for a Programmatic Specialist to join the team who will be responsible for servicing some of the premium brands across a number of industries. Programmatic plays a key role in driving technology, innovation and insights within the digital landscape.

Location: Pune (hybrid)
Shift Timings: US and EMEA
Role and Responsibilities:
Campaign Implementation:
- Ensure accurate implementation of IOs/media plans in DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon).
- Monitor post-launch performance and resolve delivery or tech issues.
Campaign Optimization & Reporting:
- Analyze DSP/Ad Server data for daily pacing and performance.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to meet KPIs.
- Deliver performance reports and share insights with clients.
- Use dashboards for optimization and provide BI feedback.
- Support associates with complex optimization queries.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ideally, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of hardcore programmatic experience.
- Hands-on experience of DSP platforms like DV360 / TTD / Amazon
- Optimizations skills for different setups and buy types are a must.
- Able to understand Media plans and call out any challenges in achieving KPIs.
- Able to pull different reports to analyze campaign performance and make changes to setups on the go
- Multi-tasks on different campaign setups and optimization
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to spot trends in data and generate insights based on that.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
