We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Programmatic Campaign Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our digital media team in Pune. This role is designed for a specialist who thrives in high-growth environments, managing end-to-end programmatic strategies and optimizations during US business hours.


Role Overview:


Experience: 2 4 Years of relevant experience

Location: Kharadi, Pune (WFO/Hybrid)

Shift Timings: US Shift (6:00 PM IST 3:00 AM IST)

Core Objective: To plan, execute, and optimize programmatic media buying to drive maximum ROI for clients.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Management & Execution

- End-to-end management of programmatic campaigns, including setup, trafficking, troubleshooting, and reporting.

- Manage high-budget media buys across various formats (Display, Video, Native, Connected TV).

- Ensure seamless campaign delivery by managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.


2. Platform Mastery & Optimization

- Act as a power user of DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.

- Understand the mechanics of SSPs (Supply Side Platforms) and Ad Exchanges to ensure high-quality inventory.

- Conduct continuous performance analysis and manual optimizations (bidding, frequency capping, audience targeting) to hit client KPIs.


3. Data Analysis & Insights

- Leverage tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track conversions and user behavior.

- Use Excel and Tableau to analyze complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable performance insights.

- Present performance reports to stakeholders and clients, simplifying technical metrics into business outcomes.


4. Strategy & Innovation

- Stay ahead of industry trends, including the cookieless future, privacy regulations, and emerging ad-tech innovations.

- Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party and third-party data.

Programmatic Tools


- Hands-on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, or MediaMath.

Analytics Stack


- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Tableau, and Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Strategic Knowledge


- Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), PMPs, and Direct Deals.

Communication


- Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting to US-based clients/teams.

Operational Agility


- Ability to troubleshoot pixel issues and creative discrepancies independently.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in DV360 or The Trade Desk (Edge Academy).

- Prior experience working in an agency environment.

- Understanding of the US digital advertising market and consumer behavior.
