- The Program Manager - Vendor & Transition Management will be responsible for leading end-to-end vendor onboarding, managing transitions of processes/services, ensuring seamless migration, and driving governance across multiple service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end vendor onboarding, evaluation, and transition governance.
- Plan and manage transition projects, including timelines, risk mitigation, and resource coordination.
- Develop and monitor vendor performance metrics, SLAs, and operational governance models.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across vendors and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Ops, Tech, Finance).
- Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and organisational standards.
- Lead periodic business reviews, performance audits, and escalation management.
- Build transition frameworks, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
