Program Manager - US Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Program Manager US FP&A to lead financial planning, performance reporting, and stakeholder management for US businesses. This role requires strong ownership of FP&A deliverables, team coordination, and direct engagement with US onshore stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Own KPI governance, revenue scorecards, and management reporting

- Perform deep-dive financial analysis and present insights to senior leadership

- Act as primary finance partner to US stakeholders

- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives

- Manage transitions, BAU delivery, and ad-hoc business requests

- Mentor and guide team members to ensure high-quality deliverables

Must Have:

- 8+ years of experience in US FP&A / Business Finance

- Strong exposure to US stakeholder management

- Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis

- Proven experience in variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting

- Strong communication and leadership skills

Good to Have:

- Healthcare / RCM domain experience

- Power BI / Financial Modeling exposure

- Experience working in shared services or global delivery models
