Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Ops, Sales, and Engineering.
- Track program milestones, prepare dashboards, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements for operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholders, align on priorities, and ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and program performance tracking.
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and business reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Program Management / Project Management.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a plus).
- Experience in startups, tech, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
