Program Manager - Tech Firm

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects within our tech organization.

You will ensure alignment with business goals, manage dependencies across teams, and drive the successful delivery of complex programs from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define program vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

- Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring cross-project coordination, risk management, and resource optimization.

- Lead communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, QA, operations, and external partners.

- Monitor program performance metrics, budgets, timelines, and scope; proactively identify and resolve issues or blockers.

- Manage stakeholder relationships at various levels including executives, customers, and third-party vendors.

- Establish and maintain program governance processes, standards, and documentation.

- Facilitate program-level Agile ceremonies and ensure integration of Agile practices across projects.

- Drive continuous improvement through program retrospectives and lessons learned.

- Champion change management, adoption, and alignment across the organization.

- Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and status reports.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

- 2+ years of program or portfolio management experience in a technology environment.

- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.

- PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certification preferred.

- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-project programs successfully.

- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Skilled in program management tools (e.g , Jira Align, MS Project, Smartsheet).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
