As a Strategic Risk Manager, you will play a mission-critical role in driving risk governance, milestone tracking, and strategic execution for new product development projects. This role demands sharp problem-solving skills, agility in decision-making, and close collaboration with delivery heads and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Target Setting & Planning

- Define and monitor action plans to meet program milestones

- Align targets with cross-functional delivery teams

- Forecast risks and drive data-led decision making

Execution & Risk Mitigation

- Identify and prioritize potential risks, escalate when needed

- Lead Risk Management Reviews with Program Heads & the President

- Monitor project health through dashboards and TCP (Time, Cost, Performance) variance

Project Leadership & Reporting

- Build platform risk dashboards and program health indices

- Standardize risk practices across platforms

- Resolve critical program issues and lead change initiatives

- Coordinate multi-platform product development projects

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery

- Adapt to changing requirements and ensure strategic alignment
