Role Overview

As the Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives, you will be the primary driver behind our most critical business goals. In the complex world of sustainability and steel manufacturing, we don't just need a coordinator; we need a strategist who can navigate ambiguity, align cross-functional teams, and deliver results that have a direct impact on our bottom line and the planet.

You will work directly with the CEO/Founding Team to translate high-level strategy into operational reality, managing a portfolio of projects ranging from decarbonization roadmaps to global supply chain restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Execution: Own the "Master Program Plan" for our Sustainability vertical. Break down 3-year strategic goals into 90-day actionable sprints.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central node between R&D, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure the seamless rollout of "Green Steel" initiatives across the EU and USA.

- Problem Solving & De-bottlenecking: Use first-principles thinking to identify and resolve roadblocks in market expansion, regulatory compliance (CBAM/IRA), and technology adoption.

- CXO Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present high-impact "Board-ready" updates. You will be responsible for distilling complex program data into clear, strategic narratives for our investors and leadership.

- Framework Development: Build the internal "Playbook" for scaling manufacturing processes, ensuring that as we grow, our operations remain lean and data-driven.

- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify financial, operational, and regulatory risks in the sustainability landscape and develop contingency plans.

Qualifications & Skills

- Professional Background: 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).

- Domain Exposure: Prior experience or a strong interest in Sustainability, Manufacturing, Energy, or Heavy Industry is highly preferred.

- Analytical Prowess: Ability to handle complex financial modeling and large-scale data analysis to drive program decisions.

- Execution Excellence: A proven "get things done" attitude. You should have a track record of leading projects that delivered measurable ROI or significant operational shifts.

- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and slide-writing skills; ability to influence senior leaders without having direct authority over their teams.
