About the Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager - Launch to lead strategic launch initiatives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has successfully built and scaled launch programs, managed cross-functional stakeholders, and driven operational excellence in high-growth businesses.

This role requires someone who can independently own launch strategy, execution, and post-launch performance while ensuring speed, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end launch programs for new stores, fulfillment centers, or business expansions.

- Define launch strategy, execution roadmap, governance, and success metrics.

- Build scalable launch frameworks, SOPs, playbooks, and operational processes.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Tech, Procurement, and Business teams.

- Monitor launch readiness, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.

- Analyze launch performance and implement continuous process improvements.

- Build dashboards and metrics to track operational efficiency and business impact.

- Mentor junior team members and drive execution excellence across multiple concurrent launches.

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, Business Operations, or Launch Management.

- Proven experience leading store, warehouse, dark store, or operational launches from concept to execution.

- Strong experience in building new processes and operations from scratch.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and execution capabilities.

- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Preferred Background:

Candidates from leading E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Retail Tech, and Supply Chain organizations.
