Program Manager - SFDC Solution Design, Delivery & Support (NBFC)
Client: NBFC in Pune
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Manager
- Overseeing multiple related projects to achieve strategic organizational goals, requiring them to manage budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Techno functional role:
- Knowledge of basic SDLC cycle
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Salesforce basics certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified admin etc..) - Not mandatory but an added plus
Requisite skills:
- Basic knowledge of retail loan and workflow based implementations or in a similar environment with 7-8 years of experience
- Experience of Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure the best practices for code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Worked in capacity of Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
