A leading Indian consumer products and services organization is looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead strategic operations and transformation initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive operational excellence across a large service network.

Job Description

- We are looking for professionals who enjoy solving complex operational problems and can successfully lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.

- You will own end-to-end program management of transformation projects, work closely with regional operations teams, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs.

- Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

- Identify operational gaps and develop execution roadmaps.

- Collaborate with Field Service, IT, Finance, and Regional teams.

- Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.

- Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Ensure timely execution and achievement of business objectives.

- Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions.

- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.

Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in Operations or Program Management.

- Experience in Quick Commerce, Marketplace or Hyperlocal businesses such as Blinkit, Zepto, Urban Company, Amazon, Flipkart or similar organizations.

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Production preferred).

- Master's Degree in Operations/Supply Chain is preferred.
