Role Summary:

The Program Manager oversees daily clinic operations, drives revenue growth, and ensures high-quality patient care. You will manage clinic staff, optimize workflows, and hit financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-Day Operations:

- Manage daily clinic workflows to ensure smooth patient flow and short wait times.

- Oversee facility maintenance, medical equipment upkeep, and inventory management.

- Solve operational bottlenecks quickly to keep staff and patients satisfied.

- Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and medical regulations.

2. Revenue & Financial Management:

- Monitor clinic budgets, track daily revenues, and control operational costs.

- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through service expansion or patient volume.

- Oversee medical billing, insurance claims, and debt recovery processes.

- Review financial reports weekly and monthly to meet profit goals.

3. Staff Leadership & Training:

- Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, nurses, and administrative personnel.

- Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular reviews.

- Create staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.

4. Patient Experience & Quality:

- Handle patient feedback, resolve complaints, and improve satisfaction scores.

- Implement quality standards for medical and non-medical services.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, or medical practice administration.

- Skills: Strong knowledge of medical billing, financial budgeting, and staff leadership.

- Software: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and clinic management software.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Patient satisfaction scores (NPS/CSAT)

- Revenue growth and budget adherence

- Staff retention and productivity

- Reduction in patient wait times and billing errors
