Program Manager/Senior Program Manager - CDMO/Operational Excellence & Transformation

About the Role:

We are hiring multiple Program Managers and Senior Program Managers for a leading organization focused on operational excellence, business transformation, and strategic execution. This is an opportunity for experienced professionals to manage complex programs and lead cross-functional teams across pharmaceutical, CDMO, manufacturing, engineering, consulting, or FMCG industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic initiatives, drive governance, and ensure timely execution of high-impact projects.

- Manage stakeholder relationships and influence cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.

- Drive Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process optimization, and digital transformation.

- Oversee end-to-end development programs, technology transfer, and product lifecycle management.

Candidate Profile:

- 9 to 18 years of relevant experience in Program Management, PMO, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Preference for candidates from premier institutes with an MBA in Operations, Industrial Management, or Chemical Engineering.

- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are an added advantage.

Roles Available:

- Senior Program Manager (Program Lead): Responsible for leading teams and overseeing multiple strategic programs.

- Program Manager (Pedigree Profile): Focused on independent management of cross-functional projects.

- Program Manager Continuous Improvement / Cost Reduction: Focused on Lean, Six Sigma, and productivity improvement.

- Program Manager CDMO / Pharmaceutical Projects: Focused on pharma development, technology transfer, and regulatory coordination.
