Program Manager - Secured Collections Strategy - Two Wheeler/Used Car Loans - NBFC

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager for the Strategy Team to lead Secured Collections Strategy & Innovation for our flagship businesses in Two-Wheelers and Pre-Owned Cars. The role demands a strategic leader with deep experience in NBFC secured collections strategy, capable of working closely with senior leadership to drive portfolio level outcomes and deliver measurable results within the first 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Secured Collections Strategy for Two-Wheeler and Used Car portfolios, focusing on reducing delinquencies and improving recovery performance.

- Develop and implement portfolio-level strategic initiatives, with a strong P&L orientation.

- Work closely with senior leadership, preparing and presenting strategic insights and decks at the CEO/management level.

- Oversee and guide a team of data analysts for insights and reporting, while providing high-level strategic direction.

- Drive process compliance and tele-collections strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Provide foresight for scaling the role into a broader strategy leadership mandate.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 12-15 years in Secured Collections Strategy / Credit Strategy within the NBFC sector, specifically wheeled assets (Two-Wheelers and Used Cars).

- Strategic Orientation: Proven ability to design and drive strategies (not just execution).

- Leadership: Experience working with senior leaders, with exposure to preparing strategic inputs for CXO-level reviews.

- Education: MBA (Tier 1 preferred) with strong analytical/strategic credentials. Certifications in analytics/strategy will be an added advantage.

- Team Management: Ability to lead a team of analysts, with potential to scale into a larger leadership mandate.
