We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager with a strong background in project management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of multi-faceted SAP S/4HANA Brownfield transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.

Strategic Program Leadership & Planning:

- Define the overall program strategy, scope, objectives, and success metrics for SAP S/4HANA Brownfield transformation initiatives.

- Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, detailed timelines, and resource allocation strategies, managing interdependencies across multiple projects within the program.

- Skill Set: Strategic planning, PMP/PgMP certification (highly desirable), deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA deployment strategies (Brownfield), financial management (budgeting, forecasting), risk management, and governance.

End-to-End Brownfield Implementation Delivery:

- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of End-to-End Brownfield SAP S/4HANA Implementations, from discovery and planning through design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare phases.

- Oversee program execution, monitor progress against established milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget and stringent quality standards.

- Skill Set: Proven track record in managing large-scale IT/ERP programs, strong project scheduling, quality assurance, vendor management, excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

SAP Technical & Solution Oversight:

- Provide expert technical guidance and oversight throughout the brownfield migration lifecycle, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and innovative solutions.

- Lead the execution of critical migration processes including Downtime Optimized Conversion, ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Deep understanding and practical experience with CVI (Customer-Vendor Integration) and the Sumdoc approach (Simplification Document) to ensure data integrity and compliance.

- Oversee activities related to Software Update Manager (SUM) for robust system upgrades and conversions.

- Skill Set: In-depth functional and technical knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, ability to guide technical teams, strong grasp of SAP's migration tools and specific conversion challenges.

Custom Code & Data Remediation Management:

- Develop and implement strategies for Custom Code Remediation and optimization during the S/4HANA conversion, ensuring compatibility and efficiency of existing custom developments.

- Oversee SAP DTV (Data Transfer Workbench / Data Migration) activities, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and successful transfer of critical business data.

- Skill Set: Understanding of ABAP development principles, experience with custom code analysis tools (e., ABAP Test Cockpit - ATC, Simplification Item Catalog), data governance, and large-scale data migration strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, providing regular updates and executive reports to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and external partners.

- Manage client expectations, resolve complex issues and escalations, and foster strong, collaborative working relationships across all levels of the organization.

- Skill Set: Exceptional communication (verbal and written), strong presentation skills, negotiation, conflict resolution, change management, and building consensus among diverse teams.

Technical Skills and Education

- Years of Experience: 10 to 17 years of progressive experience in IT project and program management, with a significant focus on SAP transformations.

- Mandatory Brownfield Experience: Extensive and hands-on experience in leading SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion and implementation projects.

This is a critical requirement

SAP Migration Expertise:

Proven experience with Downtime Optimized Conversion methodologies.

Strong knowledge and practical application of CVI (Customer-Vendor Integration) processes in S/4HANA migrations.

Familiarity with the Sumdoc approach and the SAP Simplification List.

Proficiency in managing projects involving Software Update Manager (SUM).

Experience with ECC to SAP S/4HANA Migration end-to-end.

Understanding of Custom Code Remediation strategies and tools.

Experience with SAP DTV (Data Transfer Workbench or similar SAP data migration tools).

Project Management Methodologies: Expert-level understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.

Core Technical Understanding: While a hands-on developer role, a strong understanding of SAP modules (e., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP) and technical architecture (ABAP, Basis) is essential to guide teams effectively.

Tools: Proficiency with project management software (e., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps), collaboration tools (e., Confluence, SharePoint), and reporting tools.

Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex technical and business environments.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (e., B.Tech), Business Administration, or a related quantitative field is mandatory. Master's Degree: A Master's degree (e. , MBA, MS in Project Management, MS in Computer Science) is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage
