Role : Program Manager - Risk & Compliance - Lending Business / NBFC / Fintech

Location : Gurgaon

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead risk management, process governance, fraud control, and operational efficiency for the Retail Lending Business. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring end-to-end processes across sales, collections, credit, and credit operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the lending industry, preferably in a central role focused on risk, operations, and process management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and monitor end-to-end sales, collections, credit, and credit operations processes.

- Build SOPs, process controls, workflows, and governance frameworks.

- Conduct regular audits to identify process gaps, fraud risks, and improvement areas.

- Ensure compliance with credit policies, documentation, KYC, onboarding, disbursement, and e-NACH processes.

- Monitor portfolio quality, collections performance, operational efficiency, and process adherence through MIS and dashboards.

- Run fraud checks across internal teams, dealers, agencies, vendors, and customers.

- Support central risk management, compliance, and policy implementation.

- Contribute to product development, process improvements, and new business initiatives.

- Coordinate with sales, collections, credit, finance, legal, compliance, and technology teams.

- Build strong relationships with dealers, collection partners, and external stakeholders.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- PG / MBA / Graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience in Retail Lending, NBFC, Vehicle Finance, Fintech, Banking, or Micro-Finance.

- Strong experience in risk management, process excellence, credit operations, collections, or fraud control.

- Good understanding of lending operations, underwriting, collections, documentation, and compliance.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in building SOPs, dashboards, audit frameworks, and process controls.

- Existing industry networks within lending, collections, dealers, or NBFC ecosystem will be an added advantage.
