
Role Overview:
- We are looking for young and dynamic graduates for Program Manager roles across different functions within the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of key programs, managing cross-functional teams including internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving the overall success of our operations.
- This is a high-impact role that requires a combination of project management expertise, operational insight, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Manage and lead multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution. Oversee program timelines, cross-functional collaboration, budgets, and resources to ensure all milestones are met within scope.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to define program objectives, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with company goals. Be the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to monitor program performance, make informed decisions, and track progress toward goals. Regularly report on key metrics and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Client Interaction: In cases of external client projects, liaise with clients to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and that feedback is integrated into program execution.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle, proactively solving problems and providing solutions to keep projects on track.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in operations and program management in Quick Commerce, e-commerce, logistics, or operations outsourcing sectors is valued, but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, from any premier institute.
- A Master's degree in Business will be a plus.
- Individuals with very high ownership and ability to execute.
