About:

- We are looking for a Program Management professional in the area of Sourcing/Supply chain. He/ She should have good understanding of Sourcing/Supply chain function and outstanding business acumen.

- Design business case framework and conduct Make vs Buy analysis involving scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and qualitative assessment

- Collate metrics and design dashboards for effective reporting of KPIs aiding in identification of improvement projects

- Assist in the annual budgeting process to set cost reduction targets. Monitor & periodic reporting of cost reduction projects, localization initiatives, etc

- Monitor industry trends and market intelligence to aid in making well informed decisions. Develop periodic analysis & reports for executive review

- Execute strategic initiatives which cut across commodities and Sourcing & Supplier Quality functions. Drive special projects with clear metrics and reporting

- Assist in developing frameworks, models and processes to improve overall efficiency of Sourcing and Supplier Quality functions.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering + MBA from premier B school

- 5 + years of relevant experience
