About Our Client Our client is one of the fastest growing hi-tech manufacturing company.

Role Purpose

Drive digital transformation initiatives across Sales and Delivery functions by leveraging technology, process optimization, and industry best practices to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Transformation & Strategy

- Lead digital initiatives to transform sales and delivery processes

- Identify automation, analytics, and process improvement opportunities

- Align digital roadmap with business goals and customer experience objectives

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities- Apply consulting and industry experience to redesign customer-facing processes

Process Excellence

- Apply consulting and industry experience to redesign customer-facing processes

- Bring best practices from industries such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG/FMEG, Consumer Services, and Services

- Drive process standardization, efficiency improvement, and cost optimization

Sales Transformation:

- Strengthen sales processes across: B2C, Distribution sales, Partner/channel sales, Direct/B2B sales

- Enable CRM adoption, sales analytics, and pipeline visibility

Post-Sales Service Transformation

- Strengthen post-sales service processes including installation, service requests, maintenance, and support

- Design and implement efficient service delivery models to reduce turnaround time (TAT)

- Drive service lifecycle management (ticketing, escalation handling, closure effectiveness)

- Improve first-time resolution rates and field service efficiency

- Enable digital tools for service management (CRM/service modules, mobility solutions for technicians)

- Enhance customer experience across post-sales touchpoints (project tracking, complaint handling, service quality, responsiveness)

Technology & Analytics Enablement

- Drive adoption of digital tools (CRM, ERP, analytics platforms like Power BI)

- Act as SPOC from DBx team for system implementation and integration

- Use data-driven insights to improve decision-making

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business leaders across Sales and Delivery

- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams

- Manage external consultants/vendors where required

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

- B.Tech from Tier-1 institute (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent)

- MBA from Tier-1 institute (IIM/ISB/Top global B-schools preferred)

Experience:

- 7-8 years of experience in top consulting firms (strategy/operations /Tech consulting preferred) and customer-focused industries such Health care / FMCG/ FMEG / consumer service

Strong exposure to

- Customer delivery/service transformation

- Customer experience improvement initiatives

- Sales transformation projects

Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of business processes (Sales and Delivery)

- Knowledge of digital technologies, CRM, ERP, analytics tools

- Ability to translate business problems into digital solutions

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
