We are looking for a Program Manager, Pricing Intelligence: 1. To build and lead pricing intelligence processes, working with multiple stakeholders such as Growth, Category and Regional heads 2. Build a Pricing Playbook for the Org -&gt; develop pricing strategy across products and categories to position the products based on value and competitive situation. Build process of collecting price information from various sources and market segments 3. To provide strong and timely business analytic decision support to business partners and various organizational stakeholders. Develop a real-time reporting and response mechanism to track & monitor pricing projects and associated activities on various products / categories and market segments Help the buying and vendor team in identifying better vendors / sellers in the market for better procurement 4. To build the transition from cost plus pricing model to value pricing model. 5. Design long-term as well as plan medium-term solutions as per business priorities 6. Collaborate closely with Product and Tech to bring in latest innovations to drive automation 7. High attention to detail, comfortable with "hands-on" management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously 8. Numbers driven: Ensure a high quality day-to-day Price benchmark metrics 9. Setup the required infrastructure, manpower planning and recruitment for growth and expansion requirements 10. Mentor, lead and guide a team with varied skill-sets REQUIREMENTS: - 4-6 years in Business Analytics / Program Management related roles in leading eCommerce / Retail / Food-tech Firms - Proven track record of solving strategic problems via structured thinking and breaking down problems - Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders - Experience in defining new processes and setting up benchmarks. - Proficient in Microsoft; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong business acumen and analytical skills - Able to reason analytically, logically, and in a consistent fashion - Ability to dig into detail, manage complexity and drive decision making - MBA preferred
