Program Manager - PMO

Description:

- Lead enterprise-level program management for automotive operations, including product development, manufacturing, and supply chain programs

- Establish and govern PMO frameworks, program governance models, stage-gate processes, and execution standards

- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, quality, procurement, manufacturing, and finance teams

- Monitor program timelines, costs, risks, and dependencies; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

- Lead operational excellence initiatives including process optimization, capacity planning, and productivity improvement

- Prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, and program reviews for leadership and global stakeholders

- Manage program risks, escalations, and corrective action plans

- Mentor project and program managers and build PMO capability
