Program Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager to drive and manage critical operational programs across the organisation. This role will work closely with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure programs are planned, executed, and delivered effectively.

The ideal candidate should be highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end execution of key central operations programs from planning to implementation and closure.

- Work with cross-functional teams to define program goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.

- Drive regular reviews and ensure timely closure of action items and dependencies.

- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies and drive solutions.

- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor program performance.

- Analyse operational data and provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Coordinate with regional and field teams to ensure smooth implementation of central initiatives.

- Standardise processes and create SOPs, workflows, and governance mechanisms where required.

- Track risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively escalate them to the relevant stakeholders.

- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational effort.

- Prepare regular updates and management reports on program progress, key metrics, risks, and outcomes.

- Ensure strong communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

- Support leadership in identifying and executing strategic operational initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role.

- Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with operational dashboards and data.

- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive execution independently.

- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth organisation is preferred.
