Program Manager - Operations

Description: Were looking for a Program Manager - Operations who thrives in execution-heavy environments and can own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, supply chain, customer experience, and internal teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You will be responsible for turning plans into action, tracking outcomes, and continuously improving how we operate at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Execution Ownership:

- Own multiple operational programs from planning to execution and closure

- Break down large initiatives into clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Ensure on-time, high-quality execution across teams

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Work closely with Product, Tech, Supply Chain, CX, Finance, and Marketing

- Act as the single point of accountability for program progress and dependencies

- Drive alignment and decision-making across stakeholders

Operational Excellence:

- Build and optimize SOPs, workflows, and operating cadences

- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies and proactively solve for them

- Implement process improvements that enhance speed, quality, and cost efficiency

Tracking, Reporting & Metrics:

- Define KPIs and success metrics for programs and operations

- Track progress using dashboards, reports, and regular reviews

- Share clear, actionable updates with leadership

Problem Solving & Scale:

- Handle ambiguity and fast-changing priorities with confidence

- Support scaling of operations as First Club grows across markets or categories

- Step in to unblock teams when execution is at risk

What Were Looking For:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in Program Management / Operations / Business Ops

- Strong experience in execution-heavy roles, preferably in startups or high-growth companies

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Highly structured thinker with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics

- Bias for action - someone who gets things done, not just plans them

Nice to Have:

- Experience in ecommerce brands, D2C, or tech-enabled operations

- Familiarity with tools like Notion, JIRA, Asana, Airtable, or similar

- Prior exposure to supply chain, CX, or product-led operations
