Role Summary:
The Program Manager will be responsible for key strategic projects identifying, developing, and launching new product categories in manufacturing, while building a robust and scalable pan- India supply ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with Projects GTM team, external stakeholders: Manufacturers, Customers, Internal teams, and Industry experts to drive market-relevant category expansion and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
New Category Development:
- Identify high-potential product categories in Manufacturing looking at India's Manufacturing landscape based on customer demand, industry trends, and business strategy.
- Perform Industry landscaping, identifying sub-categories, top manufacturers and build capability mapping
- Conduct detailed category diagnostics, define category roadmap, and drive go-to-market execution.
- Lead end-to-end category lifecycle from idea to commercialization, including feasibility validation, design support, and pilot planning.
- Collaborate with Industry Experts, Design Teams, Quality, and Marketing Teams to ensure a successful and scalable category launch
- Build and expand a pan-India network of suppliers, fabricators, and contract manufacturers aligned with new category requirements.
- Drive sourcing strategy, vendor selection, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
- Structure long-term strategic partnerships for consistent supply, quality assurance, and innovation.
- Monitor supplier KPIs and conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Engage with industry experts, think tanks, associations, and consultants to gain deep market understanding and future category insights.
- Benchmark competitors, study global and domestic trends, and identify risks and opportunities within category landscapes.
- Stay current on regulations, standards, material availability, and cost structures influencing category dynamics.

Experience Required:
- B.E./B.Tech from a reputed Tier-1 Engineering College
- Min experience of 2yrs in a top Startups
