Role Overview

Experience Required: 10 to 15 years, including 5+ years in MDM, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Management leadership roles.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager MDM & Data Governance to lead and oversee enterprise-wide data programs, including Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Engineering initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive strategy, ensure compliance, manage delivery teams, and collaborate closely with leadership to enable robust data practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

- Lead the planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery of MDM, Data Governance, and Data Engineering programs.

- Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, and budgets.

- Ensure smooth coordination across technical and business teams for program execution.

- Monitor program status, track milestones, and ensure on-time and quality delivery.

Resource & Performance Management

- Oversee team allocation, resource planning, and performance management.

- Support development of project teams through guidance, mentorship, and structured workflows.

Stakeholder Communication

- Act as a bridge between leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.

- Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership.

- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment at every project stage.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early.

- Implement mitigation strategies and escalate issues as needed.

- Drive swift and effective issue resolution to maintain program momentum.

Data Governance & Compliance

- Develop and implement the data governance strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory, compliance, and industry standards.

- Define and enforce policies for data quality, ownership, lineage, access control, and metadata management.

- Establish and nurture a culture of data stewardship across the organization.

Operational Excellence

- Promote standardization of processes, templates, and governance frameworks.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data practices and program efficiency
