MSP Program Manager

Description :

Oversee and manage Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs to ensure operational excellence and compliance while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities at this Role :

- Manage day-to-day MSP operations including requisition flow and vendor engagement

- Act as primary contact for vendor partners and delivery teams

- Monitor KPIs such as submission quality and cost metrics

- Ensure compliance with client policies and labor regulations

- Prepare operational reports and insights for stakeholders

- Collaborate with U.S.-based leaders on continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Haves for this Role :

- 5+ years of experience in MSP or contingent workforce operations

- Strong understanding of vendor management and compliance requirements

- Experience with VMS platforms, preferably Fieldglass or Beeline
