Role Overview:

As a Program Manager within our dynamic logistics company, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of complex projects. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and sales, to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and manage resources effectively. You will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to align project goals with overall business objectives. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients, optimize operational efficiency, and achieve significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and manage program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in from all stakeholders.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and clear communication to ensure effective collaboration and high performance.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.

- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement, driving continuous improvement across the organization.

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to contractual obligations.

- Facilitate change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, utilizing industry-standard project management methodologies.

- Proven expertise in business analysis, with the ability to identify and analyze business needs, develop effective solutions, and drive process improvements.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively, building consensus and driving alignment across diverse teams.

- Experience in the logistics industry is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Located in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon/Gurugram.
