Program Manager/Lead - Domain Oil & Gas

We're Hiring: Program Manager - Lead | Digitalization | Lagos, Nigeria

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving large-scale digital transformation programs? We're looking for a Program Manager - Lead to head our Project Management vertical within the Digitalization function.

Location : Lagos, Nigeria

Business Unit : Center of Excellence

Function : Program Management

What You'll Do :

- Lead a portfolio of high-impact digital transformation projects delivering measurable business value

- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers across complex, cross-functional programs

- Drive governance, SOPs, and reporting frameworks for seamless execution

- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Technology Heads, and Business Leaders

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high adoption

- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

- Lead executive-level communications, reviews, and steering committees

What We're Looking For :

- 20+ years of experience in large-scale industries (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.)

- Proven leadership in managing large ERP programs (SAP, SRM, CRM)

- Strong understanding of business processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R

- Experience handling large teams (60-100+ members) across complex project timelines

- Expertise in Agile & Waterfall methodologies

Qualifications & Certifications :

- Engineering / MBA / MCA or equivalent

- PMP, Scrum, ITIL or similar certifications preferred
