We are hiring for a leading international BPM organization in the Insurance Domain.

We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in program management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Program Planner to build the program plan in Planner and assign tasks.

- Create key dates for each class, 6 months to 1 year in advance of the program start date.

- Create/update master plan spreadsheet for new classes, including key dates to populate formulas.

- Pull reports from Talent Connect and review Oracle reports to add approved/pending review employees from the Waitlist tab on the master tracker.

- Maintain the Leader Contact List, assigning ARCs/ALCs (Achieve Regional Coordinators/Achieve Local Coordinators) per class.

- Create training schedules, if there are multiple sessions.

- Handle schedule change requests and communicate them if necessary.

- Submit graduation certificates to the print shop and coordinate shipping.

- Collect size requests from participants and coordinate shipment with the vendor.

- Manage and collaborate on pre-program and regional communications.

- Manage ARC/Participant communications and MS Teams posts.

- Maintain Participant Travel Guidelines document for Trusted Partner.

- Maintain high-level Overview resource and support updating other resources.

- Update Master Tracker with new classes, training dates, manager changes, and program status changes.

- Support content and materials updates for onboarding curriculum.

- Schedule, executive drop-ins and contribute to debrief meetings.

- Maintain schedule as new classes are added and send emails to trigger reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Program manager/training coordinator or operations specialist

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Projects, Jira or MS Planner is preferred.
