Responsibilities:
- Define program objectives and establish clear deliverables that align with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects within the program.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and transparent updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Manage program budget, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across the program.
- Report on program KPIs and business outcomes to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience managing large, complex programs across multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
