Role Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager - HR to support and drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization.
This role will focus on managing HR programs, improving employee engagement, and working closely with leadership and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement people-focused strategies that support business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Program Management:- Manage and implement strategic HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Support the execution of HR strategy across functions by coordinating with HR COEs and business teams.
- Track program milestones, ensure timely delivery, and monitor overall program effectiveness.
Employee Engagement & Retention:- Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture building, and retention strategies.
- Support the design and execution of engagement programs and internal initiatives to enhance employee experience.
HR Compliance & Policy Implementation:- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Support governance frameworks to ensure HR processes follow organizational standards.
HR Analytics & Reporting:- Track key HR metrics and performance indicators such as retention, engagement, and workforce trends.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership to support data-driven decision making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with HR Strategy and Center of Excellence (COE) teams including Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:- 1-3 years of experience in HR strategy, HR consulting, HR program management, or related roles.
- MBA from a premium B-School.
- Strong interest in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and derive insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
