Program Manager - Healthcare

- Years of experience 12+.

- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years as PM.

- Experience in Healthcare and/or Salesforce implementation is a must.

- A proven track record of meeting project goals and deadlines.

- Skilled in managing projects and programs involving multiple global business stakeholders, cross functional teams in large transformation programs.

- Extensively handled large projects for implementing Enterprise CRM solutions; and digital transformation especially in Life Sciences.

- Skilled communicator, experienced in presenting to and collaborating with a wide range of senior and executive stakeholders.

- Passionate about helping businesses by solving problems using technology, and mentoring and developing people with a focus on business driven digital transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project & Program Management Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex IT projects focused on Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Salesforce CRM implementations. Build detailed project plans, timelines, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.

- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure while ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business goals. Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units.

- Stakeholder & Communication Management Collaborate with global business stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular project reviews, executive presentations, and status updates.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and guide project teams including developers, analysts, architects, testers, and vendor partners.

- Foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation, delivery excellence, and continuous development. Risk, Quality & Governance Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; establish mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance, and quality standards. Drive documentation, audits, compliance reviews, and best practices in project and program management.

- Digital Transformation & CRM Implementation Oversee CRM solution deployment and optimization with a strong focus on Salesforce platform.

- Manage enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, especially in Healthcare & Life Sciences ecosystems. Work with business leaders to define KPIs, business outcomes, and transformation roadmaps.
