A fast-growing, VC-backed consumer company operating in the fresh food and dairy space is expanding its leadership team as it enters its next phase of growth.

The company has built a strong presence across multiple cities and has recently raised significant institutional capital to accelerate expansion, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, launch new products and enter new markets.

As the business scales, the Founder's Office will play a critical role in driving high-priority zero-to-one initiatives across strategy, operations and execution.

About the Role:

We are looking for Program Managers - Founder's Office who can take ambiguous, high-impact business problems and drive them from idea to execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with founders and business leaders, solving problems on the ground and taking complete ownership of outcomes.

You will work across functions including operations, supply chain, manufacturing, vendors, category launches and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive zero-to-one initiatives from concept through execution and launch.

- Lead projects involving new cities, products, categories, facilities or operational capabilities.

- Work closely with operations, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, vendors and other stakeholders.

- Drive projects from planning to actual on-ground implementation.

- Identify bottlenecks and independently solve operational and business problems.

- Work closely with founders and senior leadership on high-priority initiatives.

- Build processes and operating mechanisms in areas where there is limited existing structure.

- Track project milestones, metrics and outcomes and ensure timely execution.

- Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

- Be willing to spend time on the ground with operational teams, vendors and partners when required.

Candidate Profile:

Must Have:

- 2 - 5 years of total experience.

- 2+ years of experience in Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Program Management or a similar generalist role at a funded startup.

- Experience working in a VC/PE-backed startup environment.

- Demonstrated experience taking at least one initiative from zero to live.

- Experience could include: new city launch, new product/category launch, facility setup, vendor/supplier network development, operational process setup or scale-up.

- Experience driving projects involving physical operations, such as supply chain, vendors, manufacturing, warehousing or last-mile delivery.

- Strong ownership and execution orientation.

- Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

- B.Tech/B.E. from an IIT, top NIT or other leading engineering college.

Preferred Background:

Experience in any of the following sectors would be an advantage: Consumer/D2C, FMCG/Food, Dairy, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain/Logistics, Consumer Internet.

Industry experience is not mandatory if the candidate has strong zero-to-one execution experience.
