Role Overview
We're looking for someone to join the Founders' Office Team, one who will partner closely with our co- founders to accelerate growth and revenue in our D2C skincare business. You'll draw on hands- on marketplace and operations know- how to uncover new revenue streams, refine our fulfillment engine, and translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities
1. Growth & Marketplace: Analyze and scale channels (own site, Amazon, etc.) through targeted promos, pricing tests, and bundle offers.
2. Revenue & Ops: Partner with fulfillment to cut costs, minimize RTO/COD, and optimize margins (CM1/CM2).
3. Project Leadership: Drive key launches-from new marketplaces to logistics partnerships-ensuring on- time, on- budget delivery.
4. Data & Insights: Maintain core dashboards (GMV, AOV, CR%, repeat rate) and present actionable findings to founders.
5. Stakeholder Support: Help craft investor updates and negotiate vendor SLAs.
Your Profile
1. Experience (3-5 years): Proven track record in D2C or e- commerce roles with direct responsibility for marketplace growth and/or operations optimization.
2. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable dissecting funnel metrics, P&L statements, and operational data to inform strategy.
3. Operational Expertise: Hands- on familiarity with supply- chain processes, inventory management, and fulfillment partnerships.
4. Project Leadership: Skilled at driving cross- disciplinary projects from ideation to execution, balancing speed with quality.
5. Communication: Clear, concise storyteller-adept at distilling complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
6. Passion for Skincare: Genuine interest in the beauty/wellness space and the nuances of D2C brand building.
