Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in FMCG and eCommerce industries to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex programs.
The Program Manager will be responsible for
- coordinating multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and
- providing leadership throughout the program lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive program success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage multiple interrelated projects as part of a larger program within the FMCG and eCommerce sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across various teams (e.g., supply chain, marketing, product, and tech) to ensure program milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management across all levels of the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program, proposing solutions to overcome challenges that may arise during the lifecycle.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee program budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources across all related projects within FMCG and eCommerce operations.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track program performance against defined metrics, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the program to increase efficiency and outcomes, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high to achieve program goals.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and drive results in dynamic settings.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles, specifically within FMCG and eCommerce industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG operations, eCommerce strategies, and digital transformation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA, Trello) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
